Asian American Pacific Island Heritage Month KC Food Guide

In partnership with the VMLY&R Diversity & Inclusion team I created a visual guide to the best Kansas City area AAPI owned & run restaurants for 2019's AAPI Heritage Month (May). Myself and fellow AAPI VMLY&R employees set out to open eyes, expand palettes, and hype up local restaurants. Especially for those who think great Asian food is only available on the coasts. The restaurants were curated from a survey of AAPI identifying employees, and I hand illustrated and designed each representative dish. The guide was distributed to every employee in the KC office and provided to restaurants featured in the guide.
